Special Pricing

At Chinook, our focus is providing medical kits and supplies to organizations. Whether it is military units, law enforcement departments, federal agencies, or corporate entities, we offer discount pricing to those organizations who qualify. You must log in, or create an account, to see discount pricing (personal purchases do not qualify).

If you do not see discount pricing and you believe you qualify, you will need to call in to speak with a sales representative at 1-800-766-1365. Note: Some supplies are already priced at the lowest pricing available.

If you have a request for quote you would like to submit, please send it to sales@chinookmed.com with your contact information, and a sales representative will get back to you as soon as possible.


Your Privacy

We take our customer information very seriously. We do not share any customer information, period. We have a secure site for processing credit card information as well as all other sensitive personal information.


Payment

Chinook Medical Gear, Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Ariba Supplier Network, Government Purchase Card GPC, checks, money orders, EFTs and bank wires. We welcome purchase orders from commercial customers. New customers wishing to open an account with Terms require credit approval by submitting a Credit Application.

Website orders require credit card payment. 


Shipping & Handling

Estimated delivery time on orders:

  • Orders with Flat Rate Shipping 2 weeks
  • Orders with Kits or Modules 2 to 4 weeks
  • Orders with Expedited Shipping 2 to 3 days.

PLEASE NOTE: Availability of our stock is variable due to large government and military purchases.

Domestic Shipping:

  • We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS for all physical addresses and USPS Priority Mail for all APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes.
  • You can expedite your shipment via UPS or FedEx if you wish.
  • Shipping is calculated based on real-time published rate shipping quotes.

Chinook Medical Gear, Inc. has extensive knowledge in exporting medical supplies. We will complete all required international documentation. The customer is responsible for all customs and duty charges.


Backorder Policy

For instances in which we are unable to ship your order complete, we will ship available items per the order and backorder remaining items. If your entire order is held because of a backorder, we will email you regarding the backorder status. We will ship backorders via the most economical method at no cost to the customer. Backorder shipping charges may apply to custom orders, bulk orders or other specialty circumstances. Orders that specify FLAT RATE GROUND shipping will only be fulfilled once all product(s) is available to ship; no product(s) will be backordered or partial-shipped if FLAT RATE GROUND shipping is selected.


Returns

What qualifies for a return?

  • Products shipped within the past 30 days
  • Product is in an un-opened and saleable condition
  • Medical kits must have original zip tie security tag intact
  • Products damaged during shipping
  • Defective products
  • Mis-shipped products

Products that do not qualify for a return:

  • Non-stock, special order, custom, discontinued, or sale items
  • All Rx products requiring a medical license
  • Products shipped over 30 days ago

All product returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

The return process:

a.  Call to receive a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the return (1-800-766-1365).

b.  Ship product via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS back to the address immediately below. Be sure to reference your RMA number on the shipping label or somewhere else visible on the box.

c.   When we receive the product, we will issue a credit for the returned product. Shipping will not be eligible for a refund.


Terms & Conditions and Liabilities

Customer warrants that it is appropriately licensed or registered and in compliance with any and all requirements of the Food and Drug Administration and State regulations for any products ordered. Customer further warrants that all individuals using products purchased from CMG are adequately trained in their use, and Customer ensures the use of such products to be according to any instructions contained in packaging of such product, and to be in accord with current standards of care applicable thereto. CMG shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of products purchased, even if CMG has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
